The project is an initiative to revitalize a multicultural shopping street in Rotterdam, called Middellandstraat. The design question was how to support the shops to attract more visitors to the shopping street through the food diversity. Investigations into the visitors' experience in the street, the context, and market research were done to define opportunities for the design development. The final design aims to enable people to be inspired and informed about the shop's authentic identity and historical value, make visitors feel comfortable in the shops to allow them to explore the Middellandstraat.

Soil Mate - Product-Service System for CI-Agriculture
The project is a BoP project (Base of Pyramid) in collaboration with a big data company in Jakarta, named CI-Agriculture. Our team made a product-service system for farmers in Indonesia to measure soil condition and help them to understand their soil better and guide them through a right treatment for different soil condition, integrated with weather data. The innovation on the business model also has been made to fit the context of farmer in Indonesia.
Gajah - Social Design Consultancy

Gajah means elephant in Indonesian language that represent the big data used in the design process. Gajah design helps you create positive, communal change using big data and human insights.

KLM Smart Passenger
This is a design project with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
The case is about improving boarding experience of KLM flights at Schiphol and to create integral boarding process to optimize flow in and to the plane.

Developed a new brand and product strategy such as new product portfolio to revive Polaroid brand value.
Peerby Case - Roadmap
The project was about making the detailed roadmap for Peerby to generate revenue for the next 20 years. The roadmap include the transformation of Peerby business model, the development of the market and technology and trends.
Co-design with Children for Science Games
The project was to find out insights to develop science education games. It was done through two sessions to understand children’s latent needs and co-designing the game with them. Few method was created to gather insights.
Montong - Toy Souvenir
Montong is a toy souvenir product made from bamboo. The product is co-created with the children from the area for community development project in Kareumbi, West Java, Indonesia. The whole project was about transforming the area as tourist village.
